Delete Your Librari Account and Data

We respect your privacy and make it easy to delete your Librari account and all associated data at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

To permanently delete your Librari account and all related data:

Send an email to librarian@librari.com using the subject line “Delete My Librari Account.”
From the same email address associated with your Librari subscription or account, include a short confirmation such as “I confirm that I want my account deleted.”
You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

Account deletions are normally completed within 5 business days.

What Data Is Deleted

When you request deletion, the following data is permanently deleted from Librari’s systems:

Your account information (email address and user ID).
Your optional name (if provided for certificates).
Your quiz and test history.
Any other usage or progress data associated with your account.

This data is not recoverable once deletion is confirmed.

What Data Is Retained

The following may be retained for a limited period after deletion:

Payment transaction records, as required by law for accounting and tax purposes (typically retained for up to 7 years).
Aggregated, anonymous usage data that cannot identify you (used only for statistical and performance analysis).

No personal or identifying information is retained beyond legal or technical necessity.

Free Users

If you use the free version of Librari, no registration or personal data is collected — therefore, there is no account or personal information to delete.
